Policy Briefs

The policy brief is an essential tool for communicating policy-relevant information and analysis. Its purpose is to provide orientation for those seeking to address a specific policy challenge. SPIA specializes in producing evidence-based policy briefs for research initiatives. The agency's director has written or edited dozens of such briefs, taught masterclasses on the subject and advised the European Commission on the development of its SSH policy brief series. (For practical guidance on writing policy briefs, please consult the Guidebook featured on this website.)

The policy briefs featured on this page were produced by SPIA for CONSIDER, a collaborative EU-funded research project in which SPIA was a partner.
